We regret to inform you that Emporia Family Dental Care will permanently close as of March 20, 2026.
We value the trust you have placed in our team, and our priority is to ensure you can continue your dental care without interruption.
What this means for you
This location will no longer schedule appointments or provide clinical care.
Your Dental Records
Your dental records will be maintained in accordance with Kansas law.
Under Kansas regulations, dental records must be retained for 10 years from the date of your last service with us.
If you would like a copy of your records or want your records sent to another dental provider, please contact:

To request a copy, you may be asked to complete a written authorization. Requests will be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving authorization, as provided under Kansas health records law.
Help with Continuing Care
We encourage you to seek dental care with a provider of your choice. If you need assistance locating another dentist, you may contact your dental insurance carrier or local dental association for recommendations.
